When you request hire, transport or service, we collect the contact and job details you enter. We use them to respond, check availability, prepare a quote and arrange the requested service.
Access and use
Enquiries are stored in our website systems and accessed by authorised Forklift Co staff. Relevant job details may be provided to a transport or service provider when needed to fulfil your request.
Documents and sensitive information
Please do not submit payment card information, identity documents or completed credit applications through the general enquiry form. Contact our team for the appropriate return method.
